Eligibility & Acceptance
By browsing, booking, purchasing, communicating, making payment, submitting birth details, requesting availability, downloading material, or continuing interaction, the user represents that they understand and accept these Terms in full. If a user does not agree, they must discontinue use before initiating payment or requesting services.
Scope of Services
Services may include kundli analysis, compatibility analysis, numerology, timing analysis, consultation sessions, follow-ups, digital reports, recommendations, interpretive guidance, and related offerings. Services are personalized, subjective, symbolic, analytical, spiritual, and non-standardized.
Booking & Administrative Allocation
A booking may be deemed operationally active before the live session occurs. Calendar blocking, case review, internal preparation, intake processing, communication handling, and analytical review may begin shortly after payment or booking confirmation. The commercial, administrative, intellectual, scheduling, operational, and preparatory dimensions of personalized consultation services possess standalone value independent of subjective outcome evaluation.
Core Non-Refundable Payment Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The client expressly agrees that payments made to Veshannastro constitute committed consideration for reserved time, analytical preparation, intellectual effort, scheduling allocation, digital administration, advisory readiness, and customized service capacity.
Refunds shall not ordinarily be granted for dissatisfaction, altered expectations, disagreement with interpretation, delayed outcomes, emotional dissatisfaction, changed beliefs, external advice, accidental purchase claims, post-purchase regret, partial usage, failure to attend, non-usage, communication delays, or comparable grounds.
Cancellation, Delay & No-Show Policy
Client cancellations, late attendance, forgotten appointments, unavailable devices, poor connectivity, unavailable environment, incorrect information submission, voluntary withdrawal, or unresponsiveness do not generate refund rights. Rescheduling, where granted, is discretionary and does not modify the non-refundable structure.
Digital Deliverables & Intangible Services
Astrological and numerological services are customized, intangible, non-returnable, and individually tailored. Once analytical work, review, preparation, or interpretive formulation begins, reversal may be impractical, impossible, or commercially unreasonable.
Dissatisfaction & Outcome Disclaimer
Consultations are not promises, guarantees, warranties, or assured predictive instruments. Perceived inaccuracy, disagreement, disappointment, unexpected outcomes, or personal disagreement with advisory direction shall not invalidate payment obligations.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, reversal request, banking dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim after knowingly purchasing services may be treated as a contractual dispute. Veshannastro reserves the right to provide booking logs, communications, timestamps, intake records, invoices, and usage history in defense of disputed transactions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veshannastro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, spiritual, reputational, economic, opportunity-based, relational, business, or expectation-related damages arising from use or interpretation of services.
Confidentiality
Client details may be handled with reasonable confidentiality; however, absolute cybersecurity, uninterrupted availability, or universal platform reliability cannot be guaranteed.
Conduct & Misuse
Harassment, abuse, coercion, threats, defamatory conduct, impersonation, repeated refund pressure, exploitative behavior, or misuse of consultation channels may result in suspension or refusal of service without creating refund entitlement.
Goodwill Exceptions
On rare occasions, Veshannastro may voluntarily provide credits, alternative scheduling, or limited accommodations. Any such action is discretionary, non-precedential, revocable, and shall not create a standing policy, expectation, implied contractual right, or transferable entitlement.
Jurisdiction & Interpretation
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable legal principles selected by the service provider's operating framework. If any clause is held unenforceable, remaining clauses shall survive to the maximum permissible extent.
Expanded Non-Refundability Acknowledgement
The client acknowledges that the non-refundable principle is not ancillary but foundational. A purchase decision should be treated as deliberate, informed, and final. The user accepts that value may arise from access, reservation, preparation, analysis, interpretive effort, scheduling commitment, and advisory availability, even if the live consultation is shortened, interrupted, rescheduled, or voluntarily abandoned.
Continuing Acceptance
The user agrees that individualized advisory services involve finite calendar allocation, analytical commitment, interpretive preparation, and opportunity cost. Accordingly, the non-refundable structure remains central to the commercial relationship. Use of the platform, communications, payment interfaces, forms, consultations, and follow-ups constitutes continuing acceptance of these provisions.
