We want every client to book with confidence. Because each consultation involves personalised preparation reserved exclusively for you, this policy sets out clearly when a refund or reschedule is possible, how our 2027 reports are delivered, and how to request a refund. Our Terms & Conditions treat payments as non-refundable; the cases below are the exceptions where a full refund is always given, and the two pages say the same thing.
Nature of Our Services
Veshannastro provides personalised, intangible advisory services. Each consultation requires a dedicated time slot reserved for you, along with individual chart casting, analysis, and report preparation carried out in advance. This policy balances fairness to you with the genuine value of that reserved time and preparatory work.
2027 Personal Year Reports
The 2027 reports (Astro-Numero Blend and Classics) are prepared for one person from the details entered in the order form. Payment is taken online on our website through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking), or on WhatsApp if you order there.
- Delivery: your report PDF is sent to the WhatsApp number you gave us within 24 hours of payment.
- Check your details: please check your name, date of birth, and for the Astro-Numero Blend your time and place of birth, before you pay. If you notice a mistake, message us on WhatsApp straight away so we can prepare your report with the correct details.
- Full refund: if we are unable to deliver your report, if phase one has already closed when your payment reaches us, or if you were charged twice for the same order.
- Not delivered within 24 hours? Message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference. We will send your report straight away, or refund you in full if we cannot deliver it.
- Non-refundable: once preparation of your report has begun, and after it has been delivered, the payment is non-refundable, including for a change of mind or disagreement with the reading.
Cancellation & Refund Window
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund provided that:
- the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation time, and
- preparation of your chart, report, or analysis has not yet begun.
This gives you a clear, fair opportunity to change your mind before any personalised work is undertaken.
Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule at least 12 hours in advance, at no extra cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not extend or reset the refund window described above.
No-Shows & Late Arrival
If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, or arrive so late that the session cannot meaningfully proceed, the booking is treated as fulfilled and is non-refundable. Technical issues on the client's side (connectivity, device, or environment) do not create a refund entitlement, though we will always make a reasonable effort to reschedule where possible.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Once your personalised preparation has commenced, your session has been delivered, or your report has been issued, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are also not available for:
- dissatisfaction with the interpretation, or disagreement with the guidance provided;
- outcomes, predictions, or expectations not unfolding as hoped;
- change of mind after preparation has begun.
Astrological and numerological consultations are interpretive and advisory in nature; they are offered in good faith and are not guarantees of any specific result.
Cancellations By Us
In the rare event that we must cancel or are unable to deliver your confirmed session, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference, at no additional cost.
How To Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your name, booking or order date, and payment reference. Requests are reviewed against this policy and you will receive a response confirming the outcome.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider. For international payments, currency conversion differences applied by the payment processor or your bank are beyond our control.
Payment Disputes
If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first: most matters are resolved quickly and amicably. Raising a chargeback or bank dispute for a knowingly purchased and delivered service, without first contacting us, may be treated as a contractual dispute, and we reserve the right to present booking logs, communications, and invoices in response.
