- What you type into the 2027 order form: your name, birth details, email and WhatsApp number are saved as you type them, even if you do not finish or send the form.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to prepare and deliver your consultation and reports, schedule and confirm your sessions, respond to your enquiries, issue invoices, process payments, send you your deliverables, improve our website and services, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Details you type into the 2027 order form are saved as you type, before you press anything, in our customer records and our team's Google Sheet, so that our team and our WhatsApp assistant can help you finish your order and do not ask for your details again. If you type a WhatsApp number and do not complete your order, our WhatsApp assistant may send you one message about it. You can ask us at any time to delete what you typed. After your report is delivered, we may send you a short summary card and voice note on WhatsApp, and ask once how clear the report was; your answer helps us improve our reports. We will only send you promotional communication if you have opted in, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay and PayPal). When you make a payment, your financial details are submitted directly to these processors under their own secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, never your full card or bank information.
Cookies & Analytics
